Funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, Brantwood provides a variety of living supports including 24 hours supports in a home settings or intensive behavioural settings, to varying hours of supports for people living in apartments or shared homes.
There are 15 locations throughout Brantford Brant serving over 70 adults through 140,000+ hours of supports each year.

Brantwood provides tailored supports to ensure they all people served live a life of their choosing both at home and in their community.
People are supported by a diverse, dedicated and skilled team of approximately 220 professionals including Direct Support Professionals, Registered Practical Nurses, Wheelchair and Seating Professionals, Facilities Professionals, Administrative Professionals and Leadership.
